JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Store Manager
Your organizational and supervisory skills will be called on every day as you manage a staff of three to eight coworkers, oversee store operations, drive profits and promote store growth. In addition, your leadership and motivational skills will prove invaluable as you develop the potential of your coworkers while meeting the needs of a diverse customer base. Add in your two-plus years of rental-purchase experience, excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit, and success awaits. Your opportunity for advancement into this position is dependent upon satisfactory completion of Crusader Rent-To-Own’s training programs and other criteria.
Assistant Store Manager
You are the store manager’s right-hand person! Working closely with your store manager you’ll expand your rental-purchase experience by assisting in the supervision of all store activities from customer service to employee training to store operations. You’ll also provide leadership in the store manager’s absence. Two years of customer service, retail sales or account manager experience, with at least one of those years in a rental-purchase company, are required. Your opportunity for advancement into this position is dependent upon satisfactory completion of Crusader Rent-To-Own training programs and other criteria.
Account Manager
You are one of our most consistent connections to our customers, reviewing and managing their rental-purchase accounts every day to ensure both their needs and that the company’s goals are met. You are also someone the store manager relies on to perform a variety of duties necessary to support the stores daily operations. Your opportunity for advancement into this position is dependent upon satisfactory completion of Crusader Rent-To-Own’s training programs and other criteria. Strong communication skills and one year of retail sales, collections, and customer service or rental-purchase industry experience are also required.
