Q: Exactly what is rental purchase and can you explain how the Rent-To-Own process works?
The term "Rental-Purchase" describes one of the options that we offer and the term "rent-to-own" is actually a generalized description of the industry as a whole. Specifically, the various options that Crusader Rent-To-Own offers are as follows, we rent computers, electronics, furniture and appliances to customers on either a weekly or a monthly basis. At the end of each week, our customers have three options: 1) return to their neighborhood Crusader Rent-To-Own store, make another rental payment and continue to enjoy the merchandise for another week; 2) send the merchandise back with no further obligations; 3) buy the merchandise from Crusader Rent-To-Own.
Whether you are just starting out in your first apartment, moving to a new place or just trying something new for your family, rental-purchase is the right answer! With rental-purchase, you have the option of owning the merchandise by completing the scheduled payments or by taking advantage of the early purchase option and we offer a 90 day same as cash option on selected items.

Q: What types of products do you offer at Crusader Rent-To-Own?
We offer the highest quality name brand products in the industry, such as Ashley, LG, Whirlpool, Phillips, Sony, and Dell to name a few.
Not only do we offer the highest quality Name Brand Products, we have fair and reasonable prices. We have given standing instructions to our employees that “our prices will not be beat anywhere, by anyone!” When compared to any like item that our competition is offering, we will absolutely beat their price EVERY TIME!

Q: What payment methods do you have for your customers?
Depending on your rental agreement, you pay for your merchandise either weekly or monthly. We offer a number of flexible payment options, such as payments by cash, credit or ATM/Debit cards.
Obviously, the best way to buy anything is to pay cash, but if you do not have cash or a credit history to purchase items outright, Crusader Rent-To-Own is a valuable resource. We do not require deposits and there are no credit hassles. You get what you want when you want it.
Q: Do you check credit on potential customers?
No Credit Hassles! We understand that in the world that we live in “bad things happen to good people.” If you encounter an unexpected expense, or for any reason cannot make your payment on time, as long as you will work with us we will work with you. Just give us a call.
We also have fantastic credit benefits. While all of our competition boasts of “no credit checks,” Here at Crusader we have a unique plan, with your approval, we can communicate to any potential creditor to help improve your ability to access credit.
Q: Can you tell me what types of programs you offer your customers?
There are many different ways to purchase items here at Crusader. We offer an opportunity for any customer to purchase a new item at a retail price, with no credit check. The customer can pay the entire amount up front or purchase the product using our 90 days same as cash program. Best Buy does not do that.
We also have an awesome referral program. If a current customer refers someone who ends up doing business with us, we will give them cash! We will give our customers, who refer other customers, up to $50.00 in cash. Who doesn’t need a little extra cash? Q: If I purchase a couch and when I get it home it doesn’t match my other furniture, can I bring it back or am I stuck with it?
You are absolutely not stuck with any product you purchase from Crusader Rent-To-Own. There are no long-term obligations! If at anytime you decide that you no longer need an item you are purchasing from us, just return it. It is that simple! All we want to do is make our customers happy.
Q: What if I purchase a washer and dryer from Crusader and it breaks? Am I responsible for fixing it?
Absolutely not! Our experienced staff will come to your home and fix your product. If we cannot fix it, we will give you a loaner until yours is repaired properly or we will replace it all together. This service is free for the entire length of the agreement.
We also offer a 2 year extended warranty once you complete your rental agreement. No other Rent-To-Own company will offer you the same. We are in the industry leader in the extended warranty business.
Q: During the course of the rental agreement, what happens if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase or the service your staff provides?
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with everything; if our customers are not satisfied, we are not satisfied. We will go to such great lengths as to ensure customer satisfaction, that for any portion of the rental period in which a customer has paid, if the customer is not completely satisfied with the product and/or service that we are providing we will refund every dollar that has been paid for in that time period.
Q: Do you sell or trade customer information?
Absolutely not! Your business with us is your business. We very strictly adhere to all privacy laws, not just because it is the law, but also because it is the right thing to do.
Q: Does Crusader Rent-To-Own provide delivery and installation?
We offer fast and free delivery and installation to all our customers. Every rental is delivered directly to your home as soon as possible and our trained employees set up the merchandise and make sure you know how to use it before they leave your home.

Q: Can I order merchandise over the phone or e-mail?
Absolutely! You can shop for specific merchandise by selecting the product category you are interested in on the main page. Once you make a decision, you can either call your local Crusader Rent-To-Own store or fill out the online rental order application. Once that is complete, a member of our staff will contact you. If the merchandise is in stock, we will deliver it to your home the same day.

Q: How does your 90 Days Same As Cash work?
During the first 90 days of a rental agreement, you can pay off your merchandise for the cash price stated in your rental agreement. A full rental portion of all the payments you have made to that point will be credited toward the cash price. This does not include taxes or fees. With 90 Days Same as Cash, you can take advantage of an additional payment option and save significant money.

Crusader Rent-To-Own customers are not able to make online payments at this time. However, we are currently exploring the best way in which to provide our customers with this convenient option. We currently offer our customers two convenient ways to pay: in-store or by phone.

Yes you do! We offer all customers the opportunity to receive a significant discount on their rental agreement(s) if they desire to pay their agreement(s) off prior to their scheduled pay off date.
